I THINK i managed to fix the issue with posting comments into the "Other Area Events" section.
You should be able to post replies now within an existing thread. HOWEVER, you can also post a new topic, and thats no good. Give us some more time to figure out how to fix this but for now you may feel free to reply to open threads in that forum.
