Gates open at 9am but we won’t be taking to the field until 4pm. There will be night games afterwards and anyone who wants to camp out Saturday night is welcome to do so, but there will not be airsoft on Sunday. We will only take a scheduled break in play if it’s exceptionally hot. The scenario will end at 9pm.

We’re trying something new with this scenario, leaning much more towards the milsim style of play, but with all the CQC at Blast Camp, it’s going to be a non-stop slug fest. In keeping with the milsim feel, we’re going to do a few things differently.

We’re going to be tough on camo. Generically, it’s going to be FULL UNIFORM Tan (Multi-Cam, Desert, ACU) vs Green/mis-matched. We may take groups of people in full uniforms (let’s say we have 5 guys in all black) and use them to balance, but the uniforms will be very clear cut from the beginning. If your friends show up in full ACU and you show up in an ACU top and BDU bottoms you WILL NOT play on the same side as them.

There is a definite mission that will be shared with everyone, now. It will have definite goals and a definite ending. There will be a winning and a losing team.

Finally, there are going to be some specific game rules that will be spelled out here and gone over on game day. This way, when someone violates them, a majority of people will be able to set everything right and one idiot won’t screw up a whole plan.

Scenario

Anonymous has taken their desire to destroy Scientology one step further. The evidence they uncovered has gotten a militia movement growing and the government, seeing the hazards of both sides, looks like it’s going to allow the two to fight it out, hoping there will be less of a mess to clean up afterwards.

The Scientologists, long expecting something of this nature, are prepared and have all retreated to their compound. The Anonymous militia has gained a foothold and has gathered enough forces to push the attack.

Specific Rules:

Respawn/Bases

Anonymous (TAN) base/respawn will be the Castle (C2). Scientology can attack the Castle, but MAY NOT ENTER the Castle area. A dead Anonymous player must touch the obelisk to respawn. Any Scientology fighters who enter the Castle area will be instantly considered dead and warned. Scientology can camp the area surrounding the Castle and try and shoot respawns as they try and leave.

Scientology’s (GREEN) base/respawn is the Mess Hall (D7). Anonymous MAY NOT ENTER this building and MAY NOT FIRE thru the open windows and doors. A dead Scientologist must touch the barrel in the center to respawn. Scientology is allowed to fire out the open windows and doors. Any accidental fire from Anonymous into windows and doors will be ignored. Any Anonymous who enters the Mess Hall will be instantly considered dead and warned. Anonymous can camp their base and shoot respawns as they try and leave.

General Mission/Buildings

Anonymous needs to destroy all the buildings, Scientology needs to protect them. When a building has been destroyed, it will be literally sealed off for a time. NO ONE MAY ENTER a sealed building. Those caught in sealed buildings will be considered immediately dead and warned.

Anonymous will have two Bomb Technicians on their side. Each will be armed with 1 bomb. No one else may touch a bomb except to stop the timer. To plant a bomb, a building must be cleared and secured. The Bomb Tech must place the bomb in the building, set the timer to 60 seconds and start it running. Everyone must then evacuate the building. If the timer gets to zero, the building is destroyed. If a Scientology fighter can get inside and stop the timer, the Bomb Tech must retrieve his Bomb and start over. If the Bomb Tech is killed, he will stay with his bomb if the timer is running. Once the building is destroyed or the timer is stopped, he will take his Bomb and go respawn. If he’s alive and the timer is stopped, the Bomb Tech can reset it and start over.

Anonymous must destroy the buildings in a particular order:

All YELLOW buildings must be destroyed first. The numbers on the buildings are only for identification.

Once all 4 yellow buildings are confirmed destroyed, the TAN (Anonymous) commander can choose which set of buildings his forces go after. Once ONE building of another set/color ORANGE or RED is destroyed, ALL of that color set must be destroyed before the other set can be destroyed. Again, the numbers are only there for identification.

Victory Conditions

If Anonymous (TAN) can destroy all the buildings before 9pm, they will have eliminated the Scientology threat. If Scientology (Green) can prevent Anonymous from destroying all the buildings, they will have time to make and eat their pudding and the spaceships will come for them.
